Money Can't Buy Happiness?

What do you think? Is it true that money can't buy happiness? I'm not so sure. I don't thing money is the actual problem as much as a person's views about money.

Personally, I like the stuff!! It took me a while to figure that out. I thought it was wrong to admit that out loud. However, I was talking to a wonderful man, Casey Eberhart, one day and he asked me something along the lines 'why are you in business? why did you start this?'. I said what I thought was the right answer. "I want to help my family, I want something for myself, I would like to be more productive with my time." Bla, bla, bla. I could somehow tell that I was not really answering Casey's questions. He was very kind and didn't say anything, but he didn't really need to, did he?  So with a heavy sigh, I finally said, "Casey, I want to make money and a LOT of it!". I could feel the pressure fall off my shoulders. I could also sense Casey's feeling of satisfaction. He said something like 'good, now we can get to work' - or something like that. I don't remember.

The reason I bring this story up is because it can be difficult to say "I want nice things and I deserve them, so I'm going to put in the work to get them".  I'm finally comfortable admitting that I love seeing my business explode. I love the possibilities and dreams that money can make a reality. I am eager for my future and what it means for my family. I am ready to go big or go home!

How about you? What do you want to create? Can money get you there? Let's talk!
